About
Katie is a theatre director based between Glasgow and London. Having started out as a stage manager, Katie has worked professionally in theatre since 2014 and started to move into directing in 2019.
During the pandemic, they relocated to Glasgow to study at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, completing a Master of Fine Arts Degree in January 2022.
Katie's directing leans heavily into exploring realism; delving into the realities of every day existence for every day people.
When not directing, Katie can be found writing, talking to their plants and bouldering.
